The Nashua Symphony Association relies on its many volunteers to keep things running smoothly, to help with fundraising, and to assist with concert production. There are many ways to get involved. If you have a special skill you’d like to offer, please contact us!

FANFARE 2010
- Work at the event in your choice of several different roles
- Become a volunteer captain
Concerts / Special Events
- Usher
- Help with Box Office
- Assist the Stage Crew
- Clean-up crew
Office Assistance
- Organize (or participate in) bulk-mailing parties!
- Help with Box Office duties (answering phones, entering/filling orders)
- Light cleaning
- General Organizing
- Data Entry
Photographer/Videographer
- Capture on film the sounds & faces of the NSA at concerts, receptions, and fund raisers throughout the season
- Provide the results to the NSA for archives
- If inclined, can scrapbook and file these pictures for posterity
Bach’s Lunch Coordinator
- Manage a publicity table at the Nashua Public Library’s summer lunchtime concerts
- Contact 1 or 2 volunteers to staff this table during the summer
- Provide NSA office with necessary follow-up information (mailing list info, concert ticket sales, etc.)
Library Aide
- Assist the Orchestra Librarian in copying & distribution of parts to orchestral musicians
- Attend rehearsals occasionally to ensure that parts have been dispersed correctly and to handle issues that may arise
